iTree Finance's business model is based on the concept of value exchange, more precisely what we call True Value Exchange. The basic premise of True Value Exchange is that a successful business transaction is one where all parties receive something of comparable value. At first glance this may seem self-evident and unremarkable, but we find that a consistent application has some far-reaching consequences.

Traditionally, business value has been expressed almost exclusively in financial terms, which is clearly an oversimplification. While all business value can always be expressed financially, this is certainly not the only dimension that, say, an executive deals with on daily basis. Risk, development potential, stability, opportunity generation etc. are equally important and have their own characteristics.

We also consider the expertise and dedication of our staff to be iTree Finance's primary asset. In recognition of this, we consider them full participants in the value exchange and expect our projects to provide real value to them. This does, of course include financial remuneration, but also personal challenge, recognition, security, personal growth and, yes, fun.
