International scope
Typically, our colleagues spend an amount of time in projects abroad. While exceptions are regularly made, when warranted, we are seeking people who are willing and able to work abroad for a period of time.

Training
Each candidate must expect to go through a rigorous period of training before being assigned to the first project. While skills and experience of the candidates vary, the initial training is mandatory for all. Subsequently, application-area training is made available for a variety of profiles and tasks.
