On the 31st of July UAB In-volv was acquired by UAB iTreeGroup, an investment company searching for prospective IT businesses.

On October 8, 2009, UAB In-volv was officially renamed to UAB iTree Finance (branded as iTree) and the new name was registered at the Register of Legal Entities. At the same time the company registration address was changed to Konstitucijos av. 7, Vilnius, Lithuania. Therefore, we kindly ask you to use new name new address in all communication and documentation.
